Finkey will finance the entire cost of a major repair of your home under a budget of $50,000 that incorporates any one or more of the qualifying sustainable materials, processes, and green technologies.
The loan covers the cost for both emergency and non-emergency related repairs to your property providing a qualifying material or technology is used in the repairs.
For example, if the roof of your home has sustained damage and your tradesperson installs eco-friendly or efficient roof materials or insulation, we will finance the entire cost of the repair.
