Taking out a Renovation?

This is a home renovation or improvement that incorporates any one or more of the qualifying sustainable materials, processes, or efficient technologies (link to Green Loan page). Finkey will finance the entire cost of the renovation if qualifying materials and technology are used in any part of the renovation.  

These improvements usually lead to an improvement in your home utility or energy efficiencies and eco-rating.  

For example, if you’re renovating your kitchen and you and your tradesperson include;  an induction cooktop; double glazed windows; and/or FSC timber for the cabinets or walls, you meet our green eligibility criteria. 

You could be conducting a bathroom renovation and decide to incorporate or upgrade your hot water system to solar or an electric heat-pump water heater.
